Before we begin: Welcome to our company!

Your path to us: It's that simple!

1. Your online application

Have you discovered an exciting position on our job page that perfectly matches your qualifications? Then go ahead! Click on the "Apply Now" button and send us your documents. Do you have any questions? Our FAQ page has answers to the most frequently asked questions.

2. Acknowledgment & Review

As soon as your application reaches us, you will receive an immediate acknowledgment. Our Talent Acquisition Specialists will then get to work and review your documents. If we have any questions, we might schedule a short 15-minute screening call to clarify any uncertainties.

3. Technical review

In the next step, the department will check whether your technical skills match the requirements of the position. Here, we take a close look to see if we are a good fit for each other.

4. The job interview - Your big moment

If you are considered for the position, we will invite you to an initial interview. This usually takes place virtually, but sometimes also on-site. Especially in the areas of software and engineering, we conduct additional technical interviews to ensure that we speak the same language – technically speaking. If we still have more to discuss afterward, there will be another interview where you can get to know your future team, your HR manager, and of course, our company culture.

5. The offer - The beginning of something great

If everything fits after the interviews, we will send you our offer and your employment contract for signature. We can't wait to welcome you to Hexagon's Geosystems division!

6. Your first days - Settling in and feeling comfortable

First impressions count, and that's why we place great importance on making you feel comfortable from the start. Your first day begins with a personal welcome from your supervisor and the introduction of your "buddy," who will accompany you during the onboarding process. In addition to the technical introduction, you will also meet the senior management and the Talent Acquisition Team at the "Welcome Day," who will tell you more about our company and our values.
