Leica Geosystems competes in Engineering Challenge Cup
A team of six Leica Geosystems colleagues will compete for the coveted Engineering Challenge Cup 2015 in Biograd, Croatia, 9-15 May.
The 22nd annual Engineering Challenge Cup is the largest privately organised international roving regatta in the Mediterranean. This year, 54 sailing yachts are participating with approximately 360 crew members. Each yacht represents a company associated with the engineering industry. It will be the 10th time Leica Geosystems is participating in this event,
The Leica Geosystems team will be sailing Boat 11, a Bavaria 42 Match named “Las Palmas”. The crew consists of:
– Bastiaan Timmer (skipper)
– Martin Keller (co-skipper)
– Alexandra Knecht
– Christoph Bachmann
– Pascal Hutter
– Steve Schachtler
