Leica iCON pave vereenvoudigt het asfaltverhardingsproces en helpt aannemers om sneller, nauwkeuriger en duurzamer te werken tegen lagere kosten. Doordat het systeem werkt op basis van een nauwkeurig 3D-ontwerp, vervallen de beperkingen en onnauwkeurigheden van traditionele richtlijnen. Met de Leica MC1-software volgt de asfaltmachine het ontwerp automatisch, waardoor het gewenste profiel en de hoogte- en dwarsligging tot op de millimeter worden gerealiseerd.

The Leica iCON pave MC1 machine control software and other solution components allow the user to quickly swap between different types of required applications, given the respective Leica MC1 licenses are available. The intuitive user interface easily adapts to any job site conditions and operator experience, resulting in higher equipment utilisation and reduced CO2 emissions for your paving production machinery fleet.
Utilise Leica iCON pave with the cloud platform Leica ConX for a smooth workflow, for the entire project team and fleet. The auto-generated production logging allows paving-related data to be available in the office for reporting.

Asphalt Paving Lite


Leica Asphalt Paving Lite is the mid-level solution for maximum efficiency with minimal complexity, focusing solely on essential steering and edge control. It simplifies project execution, backed up by our long legacy of machine control innovation for consistent results. Powered by advanced Leica GNSS technology, it offers seamless machine integration with cabin-mounted hardware. Compatible with our dual GNSS Leica iCON gps 100 and Leica iCON aps 200 for high flexibility.
All standard line file formats are supported for effective workflows, including DXF, XML, and LMD. Leica Asphalt Paving Lite reduces costs, ensures consistent paving accuracy, and lowers production complexity.

Leica iCON pave offers features that help optimise paving jobs to the maximum. Smart Spare and Auto leapfrogging allow you to safely automate the triggering of prism measurements in addition to TPS repositioning loops or loss of prism lock due to obstructions. This helps increase productivity when using TPS, GNSS, and steering control systems, allowing you to achieve high-accuracy results on automated base layer jobsites as well.
Moreover, integrating a Leica Safety Awareness Solution can automatically trigger safe machine warnings and provide proactive incident data for when people are in risk areas.
