Leica iCON iXE3 - 3D System

Advanced 3D excavator machine control solution

The iXE3 machine control solution guides the operator using reference models and GNSS in 3D. Design information and real-time cut/fill indications are displayed in the cab on your control panel, allowing you to rapidly excavate to the reference design. The solution ensures more uptime and operator satisfaction while increasing safety and productivity. Work with a wide range of industry-standard data formats including LandXML, DXF, GEO, KOF, L3D, LMD, LIN, MBS and TRM formats, which offers the customer a variety of applications and workflows. The operator can use the function Create Model to make simple and complex models on the fly without leaving the cab and without the assistance of a surveying engineer.

One-for-all

Leica Geosystems offers one software and one hardware platform for all 3D applications. The cable-free panel allows the operator to easily swap panel from one machine to another. You can now expand the 3D machine control offering to include compact excavators and Huddig backhoes with swing boom, for a flexible solution with swing boom sensor or manual calculation of the position of the swing boom. Add machine control to compact excavators and benefit from all the advantages of 3D machine control. The same goes for dual stick/third boom configurations, which are now supported in Leica MC1.

Increase your uptime

Move material more efficiently and focus on getting the job done right the first time with the simple and easy-to-use MC1 software. Manage all project files and increase uptime with easy access to all relevant functions directly on the run screen. Optimise your workflow and get the most efficient view with the possibility to use a full-screen or split-screen view. Follow the work progress live, on the run screen with Modify Models, updated by tool point interaction. And visualise the tool’s edge movements on a live heatmap with surface logging functionality. Customise the heatmap colours to see the tool edge history to target height distance.

Bezproblémové sdílení dat

Bezproblémové sdílení dat pomocí integrovaných řešení Leica Geosystems. Projektové soubory Leica ConX se automaticky synchronizují se softwarem Leica MC1 rypadla a s webovými softwarovými řešeními iCON. Použijte systém iCON excavate k protokolování naměřených bodů a sdílení dat s platformou Leica ConX pro výpočty postupu projektu a analýzy produktivity. Řešení iXE3 vám umožní sdílet protokolované body mezi jednotlivými stroji pro monitorování průběhu projektu a následnou kontrolu.

Automatizace rypadla

Společnost Leica Geosystems nabízí několik nástrojů ke zvýšení produktivity rypadel prostřednictvím automatizace stěžejních funkcí. Nová poloautomatická funkce rypadel nabízí částečnou nebo úplnou automatizaci výložníku, lopaty, sklopné lopaty nebo kyvné hlavice. Využitím poloautomatické funkce rypadla rychleji a přesněji zajistíte složité výkopové práce, jako je například formování svahů či hloubení výkopů. Další automatizační funkce (iXE CoPilot a Automatické rozpoznávání nástrojů) pomohou obsluze pracovat s nižší únavou a vyšším pracovním komfortem. Práce bude provedena přesněji – s příznivějšími provozními náklady.
