No Cost Period: An all-round service from the specialists
Leica Geosystems’ products fulfil the highest quality requirements to support you efficiently in your everyday work on site. Should your product become defective, we will repair or replace it at no charge, simply and straightforwardly. In the event of a repair being necessary, you benefit from the following services:

• Repair or replacement of all defective parts
• Calibration and check of settings
• Comprehensive functional test and safety check
• Servicing and cleaning of the device

The device comes back to you from Leica Geosystems Service in tip-top condition – as good as new!

Knockdown Warranty: Premium service for premium grade lasers
In case of fall-down or knockdown of a laser, repair of the self-levelling system including all labour costs is covered. The Knockdown Warranty is granted for 24 months on selected grade lasers. For more details, please refer to the PROTECT product in the download section.

Certified Quality: Assured reliability

This means the calibration and test certificates issued by Leica Geosystems are officially recognised all over the world.
