Leica Geosystems propose des solutions de guidage d’engins 3D de pointe pour toute application de travaux publics sur votre chantier. Leica iCON pave est conçu pour rendre les travaux plus faciles, plus précis, plus respectueux de l’environnement et moins coûteux pour la pose d’enrobé et les entrepreneurs. Ce logiciel élimine les imprécisions liées à la pose avec des cordeaux, car l’engin s’appuie sur un modèle de conception 3D sur la base duquel le logiciel Leica MC1 guide le finisseur avec une précision millimétrique vers le résultat souhaité.

One-for-all

The Leica MC1 machine control software and other solution components such as the MCP80 panel, allow the user to quickly swap between different types of machines and applications, given the respective MC1 licenses are available. The simple and intuitive user interface provides an easy adaption to any job site conditions and operator experience resulting in higher equipment utilisation for your heavy construction machinery fleet.

Cloud connectivity

Cloud connectivity allows project managers to gain near real-time visibility of the work progress and developments on site. The auto-synced production logging to Leica ConX platform allows paving-related data to be available in the office for reporting. Moreover, the solution supports two-way communication as 3D design files can be sent or updated instantly and seamlessly through this cloud interface.

Asphalt paving features

Leica iCON pave offers features that help optimise paving jobs to the maximum. Smart Spare and Auto leapfrogging ensure a fully automated paving process without interruption due to TPS repositioning or loss of prism when used with total stations. Another feature that boosts efficiency is the height, edge, and steering control (availability for certain OEMs). Operator can select on the panel which of the three they wishe to automate based on the design model. Moreover, the iCON PA80 safety awareness solution enhances safety around the machine, as it will automatically trigger the active machine warning (audio and visual) when people are in risk areas.
