En combinant les compétences de Liebherr dans le secteur des travaux publics avec la technologie de mesure de précision Leica Geosystems, les clients bénéficient d'une série d'options pour augmenter la précision, la productivité et la sécurité sur les chantiers.
Pour les bulldozers, le partenariat offre des systèmes avancés de guidage de lames sous forme de kits de montage usine qui permettent un nivellement précis, réduisent les reprises et optimisent l'exploitation du matériel. Les pelles peuvent être mises à niveau avec des systèmes de guidage 2D ou 3D faciles à utiliser qui permettent aux conducteurs d'engin de travailler avec une plus haute précision et d'éviter des surexcavations. En plus, la productivité peut être nettement améliorée avec un système de guidage semi-automatique disponible comme kit usine ou rétrofit pour les pelles sur roues de génération G6 et les modèles sur chenilles de génération 6 et 8.

First factory fit solution arrives to the UK
The world’s first factory fitted Liebherr crawler excavator with Leica Geosystem’s 3D machine control solutions has been delivered to Brad-Pave in the UK. “I’ve been using GPS for three years and tilt rotators for five years, so I know the numbers work. With a small business, everything has to work right first time, I’m a big believer in getting the best kit for the job – that’s why I chose the combination of Leica Geosystems machine control solution and Liebherr’s new generation of crawler excavator,” said Bradshaw.
Solutions for dozers and excavators
Leica Geosystems’ machine control systems are available in different versions for Liebherr wheeled excavators, crawler excavators, and dozers ex-factory.
The Leica MC1 2D, 3D and “3D-ready” machine control solution is with or without semi-automatic system is available for the wheeled excavator Generation 6 and crawler excavator Generation 6 and Generation 8.
For dozers, the partnership offers a swift and fast installation of Leica Geosystems’ machine control systems in the region, such as the Leica iCON iGD4SP, iGD2 and iGD3 for bulldozers.
Sales and support
Through their authorised Liebherr dealer, for the respective equipment variants, customers have a range of options to choose from Leica MC1 2D "3D-ready", Leica MC1 3D, all solutions can be ordered optionally with the semi-automatic ex-factory.
All machine control components from Leica Geosystems are optimally installed during the production process and the customer receives a pre-calibrated machine. Downtimes due to subsequent installation can thus be avoided.
The sale and support of Leica Geosystems machine control technology as an aftermarket solution are handled by the authorised Leica Geosystems channels.
